In her solo exhibition SEWING at the Miettinen Collection Berlin, the artist Hannah Hallermann interweaves archery, sculpture and textiles in a multilayered installation.
Her approach transforms a weapon into a tool for sewing. In doing so, she explores how acts of division and polarization might be redirected towards attention and acts of relating.
SEWING understands repair as a process of conscious observation and stands for holding tension and difference.
